 Meet Robert Soto, aka "Foolio," a San Diego based tie-dye artist who slings his colorful, daring + bold dye creations on the Whatnot app daily. He collaborates with Joey frequently, creating Mars X Foolio shirt masterpieces sold to people around the world. Foolio will be teaching a tie dye class at Mars Fest!
